Shipping & Returns
Pro Painter Direct Shipping Policy:
A Minimum purchase of $15.00 per order ( excluding taxes) qualifies for free shipping to locations within the United States. Customers may mix & match product to meet the minimum purchase dollar amount qualification. Qualifying free shipping orders ship via USPS first class mail. At our discretion we may also use USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground Service or other equivalent ground shipping services. Free shipping in the United States only. All purchase orders destined for locations outside the United States will incur nominal shipping and handling charges regardless of the amount purchased.
Items usually ship within 1 business day. If we anticipate shipping will be longer than 1 business day we will notify you via email.
Pro Painter Direct Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
In general, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will also pay for the return shipping cost. Upon approval of the return request, Pro Painter Direct will issue a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
We will issue any refunds due only after the item in question is returned to Pro Painter Direct. No product returns will be accepted without either an RGA number or your invoice number.
